BNI Global is seeking a Launch Director Consultant to lead outside sales efforts, coach prospective Members, and drive membership growth. This part-time role emphasizes prospecting at events and online, with focus on closing deals and reducing churn.

The position requires strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills, plus a valid driver’s license and HS diploma. Hours include some evenings and weekends to meet prospecting needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Experience in account management and customer support is preferred.
• Time management and ability to negotiate effectively with prospects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals by prospecting and closing sales outside of home office.
• Educate and sell to in-person and virtual prospects the benefits of BNI’s services weekly.
• Close sale transactions after meetings to reduce Membership churn and maximize value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy with the manager.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and Member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn and achieve key milestones and progress.
