Eurofins USA Food Testing is seeking a part-time laboratory worker in Idaho Falls. The role supports sample intake, data entry, and periodic testing to meet quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, accurate documentation, and timely communication of results. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, Excel proficiency, and a science interest, with flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proficient with computers and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in science/biology/microbiology.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company vision and ensure attendance.
• Follow management system requirements including ISO/IEC 17025/AOAC ALACC and government regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow health, safety, and environmental rules.
• Register incoming samples and keep accurate records for QC and regulatory purposes.
• Enter sample data into the LIMS system accurately and timely.
• Complete laboratory testing on samples and meet turnaround goals.
• Verify results and submit to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Identify process issues and report with proposed solutions.
• Maintain readiness to respond to client and coworker needs.
• Foster cooperative internal relationships and clear written/oral communication.
• Support ethical business practices to uphold company image.
• Aim to improve quality through existing and new technologies.
• Identify non-conformances and out-of-specifications.
• Carry out duties safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
