Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in the United States is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to join our food testing operations. The role reports to the Laboratory Supervisor and requires strict adherence to quality systems and company procedures.

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 10am–6:30pm. You will register samples, enter data into the eLIMS, perform tests, verify results and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Teamwork, attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• AS or BS in Microbiology, Food Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or related field preferred.
• Experience with plating, plate reading, and sample preparation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register incoming samples and maintain accurate records.
• Enter sample data into the eLIMS in a timely manner.
• Complete laboratory testing and ensure turnaround goals.
• Verify results and communicate with supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Education
