Liberty Street Hospital in Meadville, PA, is seeking a part-time Laboratory Medical Technologist/Technician for the first shift with weekend and holiday rotation.

Under supervision, you will plan and coordinate daily activities, oversee quality control, monitor instrument performance, and ensure accurate test results while collaborating with the Point of Care Coordinator and supporting clinical/microbiology as required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory, chemical, physical or biological fields OR associate degree in chemical, physical, or biological science or medical laboratory training as required by 42CFR493.1489(b).
• Certification with ASCP, AMT, or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, coordinates and directs daily laboratory activities.
• Oversees quality control and instrument function/maintenance to ensure timely, accurate test results.
• Collaborates with Point of Care Coordinator and may support clinical and microbiology departments as needed.
