Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technician program.
• Minimum 6 months of laboratory experience preferred.
• ASCP eligible and pass certification within 6 months of hire or certified MLT (ASCP/AMT).

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical testing of laboratory specimens and report results.
• Ensure correct specimen collection, labeling, and patient identification.
• Perform quality control on analyzers and interpret QC data.
• Maintain safety and infection control practices.
