Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon CC in St George, UT is seeking a part-time Steward/Dishwasher to join our fast-paced hospitality team. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

This role supports the kitchen by cleaning dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and following safe work practices. As part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, you will contribute to a high-standard service environment with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, through sweeping and mopping
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes; cleans kitchen after close
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities
