Michaels is seeking a part-time Retail Events Coordinator at Store 4041, Washington Rd, McMurray, PA to plan, coordinate and host birthday parties and other events inside the Michaels store. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist guests in finding products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include engaging clients, leading party activities, coordinating add-ons, and handling emails and calls.

Competenze

• Must have experience working with children and children’s events.
• Must have excellent people skills and strong communication.
• Retail and/or customer service experience required.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate and host multiple events (including kids’ birthday parties) in-store.
• Engage with clients of all ages and guide them through event activities.
• Demonstrate and instruct party activities, and offer add-ons (goody bags, balloons).
• Communicate events with clients and store team members; handle admin tasks (emails, calls).
• Set up, run, and break down events; ensure safety and store standards.
