True Classic is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. As the face of our brand, you will help customers look and feel their best, ensuring they leave excited to return.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, applying our TRUE Experience approach, offering styling tips, and supporting inventory and displays. The role requires standing for extended periods and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience, high-volume store is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly.
• Positive, team-first attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
