True Classic is hiring a Part Time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. As the face of our brand, you will help customers look and feel their best, ensuring they leave excited to return.

In this role you will create a welcoming environment, share product knowledge, assist with inventory and displays, process transactions, and support a high-performing team. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; standing for long periods, lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (high-volume store is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly
• A positive, team-first attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical aspects of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
