True Classic is hiring a part-time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. As the face of our brand, you will help customers look and feel their best, ensuring they leave excited to return.

In this role you will greet guests, learn our TRUE Experience, assist with product knowledge and styling tips, and process transactions while upholding store standards and contributing to a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (high-volume store is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly.
• A positive, team-first attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
