True Classic is hiring a Part Time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. As the face of our brand, you will help customers look and feel their best, ensuring they leave excited to return.

Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, learning the TRUE Experience, assisting customers with fit and styling, supporting inventory and merchandising, and processing transactions in a high-energy retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building.
• A positive, team-first attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical aspects of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
