True Classic is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right fit and leaving them excited to return. This role supports store leadership in operations and merchandising while ensuring a welcoming, high-energy environment.

The position requires 1+ year in retail or customer-facing work, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (a high-volume store is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to read people and build rapport
• Positive, team-first attitude and passion for outstanding service
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who enters the store
• Learn and deliver our signature “TRUE Experience” — a customer-first approach focused on genuine connection
• Support customers in finding their ideal fit by offering expert product knowledge and styling tips
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture where goals are achieved and celebrated
• Maintain store standards, keeping space clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displays
• Accurately and efficiently process all transactions
