Job summary

True Classic is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. As the face of our brand, you will help customers look and feel their best and leave excited to return.

You will learn the TRUE Experience and support customers with product knowledge, styling tips, and friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting. The role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with evenings and weekends flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (high-volume store is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly.
• A positive, team-first attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
