• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background checks required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities on the job and communicate with employers professionally.
• Collaborate with employers to create natural supports and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Advocate for individuals on work‑related issues.
• Flexible daytime, evening, and weekend hours to fit individual needs.
