Hands of Heartland is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Council Bluffs, IA. This part-time role involves on-site work, guiding clients on the job, and communicating with employers to establish natural supports. Training and ongoing supervision are provided to help you succeed.

Hours are flexible, including some evenings and weekends. Starting pay is $18.50/hour, with higher rates for experience or CNA credentials, plus incentives.

• Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of job settings to ensure they have meaningful employment.
• As a Job Coach you will assist individuals on the job and communicate with employers in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with employer to create natural supports on the job.
• Support the individual with training.
• Advocate for the individual on work related issues.
