Job summary

You will work one-on-one with participants, coordinate with employers, and create on-the-job supports while promoting independence. This full-time role requires compassion, reliability, and a willingness to train and adapt to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in various job settings to ensure meaningful employment.
• Assist individuals on the job and communicate with employers professionally.
• Collaborate with employers to create natural supports on the job.
• Support the individual with training and advocate on work-related issues.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate evenings and weekend hours as needed.
