Job summary

Qualifications

• CJIS access required; felony or Class A/Misdemeanor in past 10 years disqualifies.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Project+, Security+ certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in IT asset management and tracking of computers, monitors, mobile devices, peripherals, and software licenses.
• Support documentation, testing, data entry, cable management, and other project tasks.
• Provide support on IT projects (equipment rollouts, software deployments, office moves, classroom or lab refreshes).
• Collaborate with the IT Systems Supervisor and staff to support daily IT operations and service levels.
• Respond promptly to work requests and assist in daily technology operations.
