Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Plano, TX is seeking an IT Asset Management Technician to join onsite and provide end-user support. The role focuses on PC inventory, asset tagging, repair coordination, and user assistance.

You will manage the inventory, coordinate disposal, assist HR with new hire status, deploy PCs to users and remote offices, and support printers. Strong Excel, communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel for database management, creating charts and pivot tables.
• Good communication and customer support skills.
• Must be organized / detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage PC inventory room while registering newly received PCs with asset tags into client system.
• Process defective PC repair through PC repair service vendor.
• Disposal of aged PC / hard drives through disposal vendor, and remove asset from the client database.
• Provide phone and email user support and new hire status updates to HR.
• Deployment andretrieval of PCs to users and Tier 1 IT at onsite / remote offices.
• Provide support for and maintenance of printers.
