Job summary

Wessler Engineering is seeking a part-time IT Systems Support Specialist in Carmel, IN to keep people and technology running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that supports firm-wide technology projects and day-to-day end-user needs while working closely with IT leadership.

You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in deployments, upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and hands-on technical support across our offices. This position is fully in-office with a 16-24 hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support in a professional environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows, device management, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Intune deployments, workstation refreshes, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Provide Tier 1 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and conference room tech.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, and Autodesk GIS apps.
• Assist with device management, access control, cybersecurity, and compliance using Intune, Azure AD, Defender.
• Diagnose and resolve issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Support deployments and upgrades across Wessler offices, with occasional travel.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and assist user training.
• Coordinate with employees, IT staff, vendors, and contractors to complete requests.
