Job summary

Marshall B. Ketchum University is seeking a part-time IT Support Technician in Fullerton, CA to provide on-site and remote support to the university community.

You will troubleshoot access and connectivity issues, assist with software/hardware setups, and contribute to IT projects and documentation. The role requires strong OS knowledge (Windows and Mac), familiarity with Office 365, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or higher degree preferred.
• 2+ years IT support experience in a mid-sized organization.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot user access and network connectivity issues.
• Provide on-site and remote hardware/software support.
• Create and maintain user guides and training materials.
• Document and analyze data for reports and improvements.
• Prioritize and close IT tickets with clear communication.
