Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience in a company of 200+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of PC and Apple operating systems and hardware; familiarity with Windows/macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for user accounts, password resets, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with IT projects: document guides, inventory, research technology solutions, and create training materials.
• Manage tickets in the SLA-based IT system, prioritizing, communicating with end users, and documenting resolutions.
