Marshall B. Ketchum University is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Technician to provide onsite and remote assistance to the campus community in Fullerton, CA.

The role includes troubleshooting connectivity and access issues, software/hardware setup, and handling IT projects and tasks within an SLA-based ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have strong PC/Mac hardware knowledge, experience with Windows and Office 365, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Associate or higher degree preferred.
• 2+ years IT support experience in a mid-to-large organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to the university community.
• Respond to support requests and manage tickets efficiently.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, access, and device issues; configure software/hardware.
• Create user guides and training materials; contribute to data reports.
