Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computers, devices, and common software applications including Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, and desk phones).
• Provide first-line IT helpdesk support for staff and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on servers, cloud services, and network components.
