Job summary

Superior Essex in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This in-office role provides advanced technical support across corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and remote locations.

You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, administer Active Directory and Azure AD, manage Microsoft 365 apps and endpoints (Intune), and collaborate with cybersecurity and application teams on projects and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive.
• Experience with endpoint management and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical end-user support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and apps.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated incidents in Windows, macOS, and M365 apps.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and security groups in AD/AAD/M365.
• Support Intune, MDM, and endpoint security tooling.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, and remote access.
• Configure and maintain hardware, peripherals, and software per standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and app teams on issues and upgrades.
• Participate in IT projects, rollouts, upgrades, and hardware refreshes.
• Maintain technical docs, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Analyze support trends and propose long-term improvements.
• Support conference room tech and collaboration platforms.
• Deliver on-site support for offices, facilities, and remote sites as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and change management.
