Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications
• Manage full recruitment process from posting to offer negotiation
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and provide updates to managers
• Promote MIS Solutions' culture and values throughout the process
• Assist with HR-related requests as required
