Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Midland, TX. You will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on client products and communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues.

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will handle service calls, complete administrative tasks, and ensure asset control and timely delivery of solutions. Dell/Lenovo certification training is offered, and compensation is activity-based with per-call

Qualificações

• Technical certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to drive to client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
