WIS International is seeking a Retail Supervisor – Inventory (Part-Time) in Minneapolis to coach and develop Inventory Associates, travel to retail locations, and uphold accuracy and customer service standards. The role offers flexible scheduling and paid training, with a starting wage of $21.00–$23.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inventory roles, reliable transportation, and strong communication. Benefits include 401(k), health plans, and eligibility for travel opportunities.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
