WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor for Inventory in the United States. This role includes coaching Inventory Associates, traveling to retail locations, and ensuring accurate inventory processes with a strong emphasis on training and results.

The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement. Starting wage ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, with benefits including 401(k) and health plans, plus referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Resolve inventory related concerns with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
