Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Supervisor - Inventory (Part-Time) in Minnesota. You will coach and develop Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, and partner with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence across locations.

No degree is required. Candidates should have at least two years of inventory or similar experience, reliable transportation, and excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
• Lead by example and demonstrate company values.
