Job summary

The Drees Company is seeking an Internet Sales Assistant to join our Corporate Marketing Department in Kentucky. This part-time, non-exempt role supports New Home Specialists by handling online leads and calls, and by performing administrative tasks to help reach appointment and sales goals.

You'll relieve specialists during vacations, work a flexible schedule including weekends, and may share remote work with the corporate office; the position reports to the office one day per week at 211

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and adjust hours as necessary.
• Administrative experience is required.
• Sales or customer service experience is a real plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience helpful.
• Detail-minded with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player mentality.
• High school education required; College degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist New Home Specialists by handling online leads and phone calls.
• Perform administrative duties to help achieve online appointment/sales goals.
• Relieve New Home Specialists during vacations and off-days.
• Support the corporate sales area and related administrative tasks.
