Job summary

Lasko Products, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Internal Communications Coordinator to support clear, timely, and engaging communication across the organization. The role focuses on managing day-to-day internal communications, intranet content, and employee engagement initiatives across Lasko locations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong writing and communication skills and will oversee an AI-supported internal communications workflow, coordinating approvals and ensuring brand

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities independently.
• Comfortable using technology and generative AI tools, with an interest in learning AI-supported communication processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily internal communications workflow across the organization.
• Draft, edit, and proofread employee announcements, intranet posts, and leadership messages.
• Maintain and update the internal communications calendar and intranet content.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.
