Job summary

PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) in San Diego, CA is seeking a Residential Coordinator Swing Shift to ensure safe interim housing and support guests in achieving their goals.

You will work Thursday-Monday 2:00pm-10:30pm, assist case managers, monitor housing floors, and collaborate with operations to maintain a clean, welcoming environment while complying with safety and eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

• All levels of experience and education welcome.
• Must have employment eligibility verification.
• CPR/First Aid training or ability to obtain.
• Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, Drug Test required.
• Driving required with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• California-based, on-site work; PATH does not offer remote positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to case managers and participants to support guest goals.
• Monitor and maintain interim housing floors for a hospitable environment.
• Assist with guest hygiene and space organization as needed.
• Collaborate with case management and operations to keep the facility safe.
