PATH is seeking a Residential Coordinator for Swing Shift in San Diego, CA to ensure safety and meet the basic needs of interim housing guests. You will support guests, assist case managers, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment during your shift.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the case management and operations teams, keeping spaces tidy, and assisting with hygiene needs. Driving and a commitment to PATH's mission are required.

Qualificações

• All levels of experience and education welcome.
• Mandatory CPR/First Aid training and exams.
• Tuberculosis test, background screening and drug test required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to case managers and program participants to help guest goals.
• Monitor and maintain interim housing floors for a hospitable environment.
• Keep participant spaces organized and provide hygiene needs as needed.
• Collaborate with case management and operations to ensure cleanliness and safety.
