Job summary

PATH is seeking a Residential Coordinator for the Overnight Swing shift in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on safety, basic needs, and supportive services for interim housing guests, under established guidelines.

You will collaborate with case managers to help guests meet individualized goals, maintain a hospitable environment, and ensure a clean, safe facility through daily tasks and teamwork.

Qualifications

• All levels of experience and education welcome.
• Ability to work in overnight shift with schedule variety.
• CPR/First Aid training or ability to obtain it.
• Background and drug screening as conditions of hire.
• Must have reliable transportation and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support case managers and participants to reach guest goals.
• Monitor housing floors for hospitable, safe environment.
• Assist with keeping spaces organized and supplied.
• Coordinate with case management and operations to keep facility clean and safe.
