Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine is seeking an intermittent, part-time Instructional Designer II to support the H2F Project.

You will develop and enhance educational content for in-person, live virtual, and e-learning formats, collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate learning solutions. This 20-hour/week role requires strong writing, adult learning theory, and instructional design skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Health Sciences, Instructional Design, or similar field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of instructional design experience.

Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread content in health and wellness curricula without altering technical content.
• Compile and maintain metrics, databases, and reports.
• Monitor workflows and update standard operating guidelines and procedures.
• Provide administrative support on projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify learning needs.
• Analyze learning needs and recommend training solutions.
• Develop, field and collect evaluations and adjust content for impact.
• Lead and facilitate trainings, workshops, and webinars.
