Qualifikationen

• Experience with plain language writing, public speaking, and presenting.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and effective instructional design strategies.
• Ability to design, develop, implement, deliver and facilitate high-quality in-person, blended and e-learning content.
• Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously under deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Edit and proofread content (articles, infographics, slide decks, speaker notes, reports, scripts) without altering technical content.
• Update metrics, databases, and spreadsheets and prepare standard project reports.
• Monitor workflow and update SOPs; track communications and updates to team members.
• Provide administrative support on projects and engage stakeholders to identify learning needs.
• Analyze learning needs and recommend training solutions, including activities and curricula.
• Develop, field and collect content assessments and evaluations and report results.
