Hallmark is seeking a leadership-oriented individual to supervise department installations, remodels and floor sets across stores in the territory. The role mixes hands-on work on the sales floor with guiding a team to complete projects on time and within budgets.

You will supervise, coach and motivate the team, ensure clear direction, and build strong relationships with store management. The position requires variable daytime hours, 10–20 per week, with possible weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Comfortable using smartphone technology.
• Reliable transportation to travel within your territory.
• Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks.

• Execute new department installations, remodels and floor sets.
• Lead your team effectively to complete installation projects on time.
