Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple projects and leading a field team.

Responsibilities

• Execute New Department Installations, Remodels and Floor Sets.
• Lead your team effectively to complete installation projects on time.
• Ensure timelines and budgets are met for each project.
• Organize project details before, direct team onsite and follow-up on installations with clients.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple projects.
• Provide clear direction and support your team both in person and remotely.
