Hallmark is seeking a Field Installation Supervisor (IS) to oversee a small team of Installation Merchandiser Floaters across designated stores. The role focuses on supervising service, directing store remodels, and ensuring merchandising standards are met.

The position is part-time with a variable schedule, offering paid training and voluntary benefits. Responsibilities include leading teams, managing time, and maintaining customer relationships in diverse retail environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Must read, understand and communicate in English.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.
• Ability to work a changing schedule including evenings or weekends.
• Must be available the week before and the week after major holidays.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage service by a team of 2-3 Installation Merchandiser Floaters.
• Document and provide manager feedback on performance.
• Address retailer concerns and merchandising issues with store management and field staff.
