Job summary

The Penny Lane Inn is seeking a Part-Time Innkeeper / Guest Service Associate to welcome guests and support daily operations at our boutique hotel. If you love hospitality and building memorable experiences, we want to meet you.

You will check guests in and out, manage reservations, set up breakfast and social hour, and help keep rooms guest-ready. A friendly attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is a plus, but attitude and eagerness to learn matter most.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and guest-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality from check-in to check-out
