DORN Companies in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Part-Time Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist (1099 Contractor) to start immediately. Hours are flexible at 10–15 per week, with compensation of $40–$45 per hour depending on experience.

You will perform ergonomic assessments, coach on body mechanics, and deliver hands-on deep tissue therapy at client sites, while documenting results in DORN's systems. Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant is required; 2–4 years in injury prevention or

Qualifications

• State Licensure: Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in your state.
• Additional credentials such as AT/PT/OT/OTA/PTA/LMT preferred.
• 2–4 years in injury prevention or hands-on therapy in industrial settings.
• Ability to work in-person and remotely as needed.
• Proficient reporting using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Active professional liability insurance.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ergonomic assessments at client sites.
• Deliver ergonomic training and coaching on body mechanics.
• Provide hands-on deep tissue therapy where appropriate.
• Document work and progress in DORN's systems.
• Gather employee feedback and report to client teams weekly.
• Collaborate with site management and safety teams on prevention plans.
