Qualifications

• Education: Certificate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in injury prevention or in a related field, preferably industrial.
• State licensure credentials such as AT/PT/OT/OTA/PTA/LMT are valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and detailed reporting.
• Professional liability insurance required upon hire.
