Job summary

DORN Companies is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join as a part-time contractor in Bloomingdale, IL. You will evaluate risks, deliver ergonomic training, and coach employees on injury prevention and pain reduction in varied settings, including industrial sites and private offices, with all supplies provided.

Flexible 6-hour night shifts (10:30 PM–6:30 AM) and potential to split shifts; 1099 contractor arrangement with immediate start, and opportunities to engage with client site

Qualifications

• State Licensure such as AT, PT, OT, OTA, PTA or LMT is valued.
• 2-4 years of injury prevention or related hands-on therapy experience in industrial settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and detailed reporting.
• Active Professional Liability Insurance required upon hire.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Body Mechanics Coaching: Guide employees on proper body mechanics and self‑care techniques to prevent workplace injuries.
• Risk Assessment & Solutions: Collaborate with site management and safety teams to assess risks and implement injury prevention strategies.
• Hands‑On Therapy: Provide deep tissue therapy to enhance employee performance and well‑being.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work and progress utilizing DORNs systems and processes.
• Employee Surveys: To gather feedback on impact of services delivered.
• Reporting: Communicate with client site teams and DORN management to support injury prevention initiatives weekly and based upon service, monthly.
