Qualifications

• 2-4 years of injury prevention or related field experience.
• Hands-on therapy and coaching in body mechanics.
• Industrial setting experience preferred.
• State licensure/credentials such as AT, PT, OT, OTA, PTA, or LMT valued.

Responsibilities

• Body Mechanics Coaching: guide employees on proper body mechanics and self-care.
• Risk Assessment & Solutions: collaborate with site teams to assess risks and prevent injuries.
• Hands-On Therapy: provide deep tissue therapy.
• Documentation: maintain detailed records in DORN systems.
• Employee Surveys: collect feedback on impact of services.
• Reporting: communicate progress weekly and with management.
