Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Cypress, TX area. The role involves assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education for home or alternate-site infusion therapy, in collaboration with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners.

Candidate must be an RN licensed in Texas with BSN preferred and may hold advanced certifications. The position includes on-call duties, scheduling coordination, and adherence to clinical standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited institution.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for all assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of communications with the care team.
• Educate patient and care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Evaluate the home environment and ensure it is safe for prescribed care.
• Develop and adjust the plan of care with the team and evaluate response to therapy.
• Manage schedule via company platform and communicate changes promptly.
• Coordinate patient care through the approved platform and participate in on-call rotation.
• Document patient encounters and maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies and standards.
