Job summary

Soleo Health Inc. is seeking a part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Windsor, CO and surrounding areas. The role involves direct patient care, education, and coordination with the care team in home or alternate sites.

A nurse license and infusion experience are required, with BSN preferred. Competitive wages and mileage reimbursement are offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• 3+ years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• ICU and/or Cardiac care experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office suite.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home or alternate site.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians and care partners.
• Educate patient/care partner for safe home infusion administration.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team.
• Document encounters promptly per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure continuous nursing support.
