Soleo Health is an innovative national provider of complex specialty pharmacy and infusion services, delivered in the home or alternate sites of care. We seek a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support patients in Stockbridge, GA and nearby areas, performing assessments, care planning, and education in alignment with care matrices and best practices.

The role requires an active RN license, preferably BSN, with infusion therapy experience and willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• BSN preferred.
• Infusion therapy experience preferred.
• Experience in ICU or cardiac care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy and related nursing services.
• Educate patients and care partners on safe administration at home.
• Coordinate care with pharmacists, prescribers, and home health team.
• Maintain documentation per Soleo policy and regulatory requirements.
• Manage scheduling and on-call rotations as required.
