Soleo Health Inc is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas. The role involves direct patient care, education, and collaboration with the care team in home or alternate site settings.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, coordinating with pharmacists and prescribers, and maintaining accurate documentation while rotating on-call shifts. Arizona RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arizona in good standing.
• BSN degree preferred by the employer.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; infusion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients and coordinate with care team.
• Educate patients/care partners for safe home infusion administration.
• Assess home environment and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team.
• Manage schedule and communicate changes promptly.
• Coordinate care via approved company platform and patient records.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support ongoing care needs.
• Document encounters and ensure compliance with policy and state guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
• Ensure POTs and clinical documents are submitted timely.
