Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arizona.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Infusion therapy experience or ICU/cardiac care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct infusion nursing care and education to patients.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure safe home infusion and timely documentation.
• Manage scheduling and on-call rotation per policy.
• Document patient encounters and care activities at time of service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards.
• Drive to patient homes within a reasonable distance; mileage reimbursement provided.
