Job summary

Mondelez International in Mission, TX is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You'll work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure in‑store execution and brand standards during scheduled store visits.

This role offers a flexible schedule, physical merchandising duties, and opportunities to develop in consumer-packaged goods.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional 50 lbs).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez International in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD merchandising principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant with physical role demands.
